RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Submit return/exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery through our portal. No late requests will be accepted.

• Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We appreciate your patience throughout the process. For any questions or special requests regarding the return or exchange process, please feel free to contact us.

• We advise inspecting your order upon delivery. You can return it to the courier immediately and only pay the shipping fee.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags. Ineligible items will be sent back and not refunded.

• Refunds: Issued in cash unless stated otherwise. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method or in cash, depending on availability.

• Fees: Return shipping fees apply and will be deducted. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

• Free Shipping Offer: During free shipping promotions, shipping fees will only be charged for orders that are refused or not received by the customer.

يجب تقديم طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب عبر بوابتنا المخصصة. لن

يتم قبول أي طلبات بعد انتهاء هذه المدة

تتم مراجعة الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل. نقدر صبركم وتفهمكم خلال فترة المراجعة. في حال وجود أي استفسارات أو طلبات خاصة بعملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى التواصل معنا

 

ننصح بفحص الطلب عند الاستلام. في حال وجود أي مشكلة، يمكنكم إرجاعه مباشرة إلى شركة الشحن مع تحمل رسوم الشحن فقط

 

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال: يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، ومرفقة بجميع البطاقات الأصلية. أي منتجات لا تستوفي هذه الشروط سيتم إعادتها إلى العميل ولن يتم رد قيمتها

 

الاسترداد المالي: يتم رد المبلغ نقدًا ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. أما الطلبات المدفوعة إلكترونيًا، فيتم استرداد قيمتها إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو نقدًا حسب المتاح

 

الرسوم: تُطبق رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال ويتم خصمها من المبلغ المسترد. رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال كان الخطأ من جانبنا

 

عرض الشحن المجاني:عرض الشحن المجاني: خلال فترات عروض الشحن المجاني، سيتم احتساب رسوم الشحن فقط على الطلبات التي يتم رفض استلامها أو عدم استلامها من قبل العميل
